NEWSLETTER: This is a Very Late Newsletter

Yeah… It’s been a minute. Sorry, that’s on me. This is Nick, one of the owners. I’m also the co-owner of Gift, the bar across the street. Gift just went through one hell of a winter off-season, and it took up a lot of my time. (PSA: wherever you live, support your neighborhood hangout, I promise they need it).

To stop this happening all the time, we’re going to change up the newsletters a bit. Every week, we’ll send out a showtimes blast to tell you what we’re playing, and when we’re playing it. Once a month, we’ll send out a full-blown newsletter that gives a little more insight into what we’re doing, and what’s on the horizon.

Tonight is VHS Night!

It’s that time again. Join us tonight for the bonkers Canuxsploitation horror film THE KINDRED, presented in glorious VHS.

VHS Trailers start at 9:30, THE KINDRED starts at 10:00. Tickets

From Mics to Movies

This week we’ve got a collection of films starring musicians turned actors. It’s an eclectic mix with everyone from Tupac Shakur to David Byrne to Markie Mark (Funky Bunch not included). The line-up includes Purple Rain (Prince), True Stories (David Byrne), Belly (NAS, DMX, Method Man, and more), Boogie Nights (Mark “Marky Mark” Wahlberg), and Poetic Justice (Tupac Shakur and Janet Jackson).

April 4-10. Check out the full schedule here
